Thanks for sharing the post! My husband and I are from Jersey and are looking at Charleston SC homes for sale as we'd like to move there. Since we're first-time home buyers, the process is lengthy and detailed. But, we did hire a real estate agent to help us, which is probably the biggest piece of advice to give any new homeowner.
